22/9/2013 Trip to York!

Went on a day trip to York organized by the school, the weather was perfect! Sunny, not so cold and no raining at all :D

Somehow went into a music store, bought a guitar book and strings.

Random walking down the streets, ate at Mcdonalds for late lunch, more walking and walking and walking. Bought some random stuffs (postcards, mini bus) and we were the last one for the coach, hahaha, so paiseh!

I like York!! very old english style but walking on the streets is abit difficult because i didnt wear proper shoes :( I wanna go there again next time! :)

LEEDS!

Went on a short trip to Leeds with ahdeanna on Tuesday because he want to exchange his headphone and i wanna check out h&m, haha

We took the train there!

Haven gotten my railcard then so had to buy tickets!

Arriving at Leeds!

Went for lunch first because we were starving! Dined in at wagamama (lol), a japanese restaurant. The food was not bad!

Went to h&m but it was so disappointing because they were still selling the same clothes before i left sg, zzz.

After that we headed back to bradford because we need to rush for the ikea trip, they pronounced it as eye-key-ya here lol. Bought like wooden chopping boards, drainers, clocks (damn annoying at night), containers and my MR CARROT!

First day!

Hello guys! Its only 5am here but I woke up for the toilet, zzz. Gonna get back to sleep later. I have limited data usage for my phone now, very long story... have to wait till afternoon to go get the adaptor for my hall's internet.

I'm really lucky and thankful because there are 2 other Singaporeans who are very friendly, they pick me up immediately after I reach school. Went to my hall to put my luggage and went for lunch. Its cold today but both of them claim it is not cold, I will wear my thermal out tmr =_= its only 10 plus degree here plus drizzling. We just walked in the rain because I want to faster adapt to the weather.

Bought my pillows, duvet, toiletries, very little stuff and by the time I got back is already 5 plus so I states unpacking and realise my clothes are too thin for the weather :(

gonna pop by the school for campus tour, afternoon meet with 1 of the singaporean to get the com stuff and maybe shopping again.
I will get back to sleep now.. 

my 25th birthday!

SIGH! I'm already 25 this year! 5 more years before i hit 3! OH.MY.GOD.

anyway this is how i spent my 25th birthday with my family and friends! :)

My first birthday meal, yes i know it is super early. Everything was planned and i just have to follow her with a empty stomach, haha.

Thai Accent @ Vivo City

We went to Thai Accent at Vivo City and the tom yam soup is really nice! We manage to finish everything :)

There was this ship docked just beside so we went to take photos! I think it's some ship from Columbia and there were many sailors around, so cool eh!

20/8/2013 with my orlengs clan!

Korean BBQ @ 2D1N/Sikkae, Tanjong Pagar

We were supposed to have korean bbq at 2D1N Soju Bang but somehow we went to Sikkae??? hahaha. the first floor doesnt seems like the bbq area so we went straight upstairs, somehow the 2 restaurants are linked i think. Anyway it was my first time having authentic korean bbq so i was having high expectations for the food especially the pork belly! It's either we overcooked the meat because it was so tough... the pork chop was much nicer because it was marinated and more tender. We did enjoy ourselves though, hahaha. Lucky we went early around 6pm because the place starts to become very warm as more people came and they opened the windows =_=

We wanted to chit chat at tom & toms but there's no tables left so we ended up at yakun at 100am. We really crap alot until we were the last customers left haha.

Another day that i had no idea what i'm going to eat and just follow around with empty stomach!

We went for lunch at Skinny Pizza at Wheelock Place, stupid me never take photos for our food! 

Anyway we had free flow of truffles which An An loves so much hahaha. I keep telling her the truffles oil smells lie petrol, opps!! After window shopping at Orchard, i was kidnapped to Mandarin Gallery for this!

We played with our food that day, hahaha. You cannot go there when you are super hungry coz you need to wait patiently for it to cook and somemore need to think of what designs to do. Someone did shit and mine was an upgraded version (3D and with apples)

After which we cab down for the light festival but i feel last year's was more fun :(

my daogei bought this neck cushion for me la!!! so cute!!!

Had our usual sat dinner gathering at my house, my mum cooked my favourite 红糟鸡!!! :))
